A native New Yorker with an adventurous spirit, Rachel moved to Latin America in 2012 to take a sales and marketing position with a regional resort and residential development company. After her first work trip to Ambergris Caye in November 2012, Rachel became enamored with the laid-back, colorful lifestyle she experienced while in-country. With trips becoming more frequent and longer over the years, in 2016 she finally decided to call San Pedro home full-time. Rachel is a firm believer in education, global diversification in real estate, and preparing for the future. With a passion for helping and guiding people, opening this boutique real estate company just made sense. Rachel was a founding member of the Ambergris Caye Rotaract Club and currently sits on the board for the Belize National Association of Real Estate (BNAR) and the ACES Wildlife Rescue based in San Pedro. She is active in the San Pedro Christmas Collection toy and food donation drive. In her free time, Rachel enjoys spending time with her dogs, hiking, looking at real estate, trying new foods, and traveling.
Starting in the restaurant and bar business in Cayo shortly after completing school, Ivan developed a passion for meeting people, putting a smile on their face, and providing memorable customer service. After working in the service industry for 12 years, Ivan decided to branch out on his own and build his own restaurant, Crocs Sunset Sports Bar, which is centered around giving customers an extraordinary experience.
